Item doesn't appear on MRP Run.

Hi Everyone,

 

Issue: Item doesn't appear on MRP RUN, not creating any planned orders for the current demand.

 

There was 8 available quantity (4 in blocked stock, 4 in quality).

 

ROP is 5, Max Stock level 8, Lot size(Replenish to max. stock level).

 

Requirement was 10, so need 2 quantity to fulfill the requirement.

 

They created 2 Direct issue POs(from SRM with external suppliers option) combineley 11 quantity. But as they are directly procured and related to WBS account, so they don't affect "available quantity", Then Why system is not creating any Planned orders while doing MRP run?

 

 

Please clarify my doubts.

Hello  everyone,

 

I have a requirement but do not know how to go about it. In MRRL transaction whatever GRs we put as input, TDS gets deducted and settlement happens, but we want to put a filter here as in giving some checkbox on the screen such that if it's checked only then this t-code should deduct TDS and process documents and if not checked then TDS must not be deducted while document processing documents.

 

This kind of requirement has come up because in our company MRRL is run only after receiving actual invoice from vendor, but during year end whichever GRs are open as on 31st march we deduct TDS  for them via a BDC and updat in the system. Now when in april actual invoices are received for those GRs , we process them via MRRL, but TDS gets deducted again for them which should not happen.

 

So please tell me is there any way out? Any response and guidelines in the direction will be highly appreciated.

BSIK Purchase Order Number

Experts,

 

Anyone had experience creating an SQVI report to get the PO number from BSIK table (which contain the Open AP items)?

 

I tried joining BSIK Document Number field with BKPF to get the AWKEY but it has 20 characters and EKBE's document number only has 16 so I am unable to do a join.

MIR4 doesn´t display G/L account

Hello all,

 

I have following issue:

 

After accountant posted invoice in MIR7/MIRO with reference G/L account, After invoice posted, it is created MM and FI document, but when I´am display in MIR4 document number, I don´t see G/L account detail. I checked in table RBKP, BKPF and BSEG, document number is exist, but in RBCO it does not found any vallue. When Iam looking in another invoice document number everything is OK (with reference PO or G/L account).

 

Have you any idea why it doesn´t display G/L account detail ?

Variant Matching in Purchasing

Hi,

 

i had created a configurable & variant materials, and the variant matching is working fine in sales order, but in any purchasing document the variant matching is not work, is it standard or i missing some settings ? and if it is standard is there logic behind that ?

 

also when i work with configurable material in PR and select some characteristics then in the RFQ i changed those characteristics, and when i made a PO reference to the RFQ i found it get the characteristics from the PR no the RFQ why ?

STO of Special Stock E between Storage Locations in same Plant

I need to set up UB STO for Transfer of Special Stock E from one SLoc to another SLoc within the
same plant.

    

Reason being that the stock is produced as Make to Order and assigned to the Sale order number as Special stock E in the SLoc at production site, then transported over long distance to the shipping warehouse in the other SLoc of the same plant code. Here it needs to also be assigned to the Sales order number as special stock E. My client needs the Transport costs to be reflected, so I believe that setting up the STO for SLoc to SLoc option is the way to go.

 

I have managed to get the UB STO created, have used Account Assignment Category E (not sure if this is correct??) and entering the Sales order number which must be 'transferred", am able to get the NL delivery created. However when I try to Goods Issue, then I get the following error:

 

EKPO-SOBKZ=E; EKPO-UMSOK=_; EKPO-KZBWS<>_ EKPO-KZVBR<>E (Note 305582) not supported (check your entry)

Message no. M7146

    

In my PO the following values : 

PO Special Stock SOBKZ= E; Spec. Ind. Stock Tfr =UMSOK _ ; Spec. Stk Valuation KZBWS=M; Consumption =_

    

I have referred to NOTE 305582 and think I should perhaps get my Consumption KZBWS to = E. I have tried to do this by using Account Assignment Category C Sales Order, but get stuck with the default GL account entry not being allowed on my PO.

    

Before I consult my FI guy to assist with GL account stuff, I was hoping to get confirmation of my solution and what I should have in place to get this to work.

Service PO history- Display of Qty and UOM for entry sheet

Hello MM Gurus,

 

Client has the below business scenario:

 

While processing sale order for customer, freight cost needs to be booked on Forwarding agent.

For this purpose, client is using the tcode VT01N to capture the shipment details and tcode VI01 to capture the shipment costs (freight cost), based on the qty delivered to customer.

While transferring the shipment cost in VI01, a service purchase order and service entry sheet are automatically created in the background for the shipment cost.

The problem is in the PO history tab in ME23N.


The record for service entry sheet in this tab (identifier "Lerf") does not display the data for "Quantity" and "OUn" columns.

These should display the values 1 and AU respectively.


Please refer below image to see the problem.

But the same information is displayed correctly in the corresponding record for material document in the same PO history tab (identifier WE) and also in the entry sheet document in ML81N.

Is there any way to activate the display of Qty and UOM in PO history tab?

 

BTW, the underlying databse record in EKBE does not store this information for Lerf.

Should we go for ABAP enhancement/exit ? Or is there any solution through config ?

PO pricing simulation for Daily price capture

Hello Friends,

we have one requirement to report daily price changes for materials, where we have to capture daily acquisition price ( PO net price) and report if changes from previous day pricing ( change could be due to any conditions )

 

we uses plant dependent/independent contracts or info-records for PB00 along with other discounts

 

is there any single function module/program in SAP which can simulate pricing irrespective of contracts/info-records exactly same as cutting the Purchase order ?

 

i am aware of transaction MEPA which uses FM : ME_PO_PRICE_SIMULATION but that does not work with contracts. but there seems to be no single program that handles pricing via info-record or contract like it does when we cut PO

 

any thoughts/idea ? or have anyone come across such requirement and implemented ?

Issue of customer material to the refurbished order how?

Hi Gurus

We follow the best practices suggested SAP for repair processes.

We use Non Valuated Sales Order method only.

We do not use split valuation and each split or stage we use different material

 

 

  1. We have one service material
  2. DM_withinWAR (mat  type DIEN) service material
  3. We use the actual material received from the customer as defective

 

M100 (Mat type FERT and this is regular finished material with standard cost estimate)

 

 

Now create a repair order manually and enter the

 

10000   DM_withinWAR and enter next field M100

 

By clicking the repair tab enter 1 number with checking the repair we get

 

the   additional line item in the repair order as follows:

 

10000 DM_withinWAR

10100 M100

 

Post Goods Receipt:

 

Once we complete the PGR, system created a sales order stock through movement type 653 E.

 

After doing PGR we get 3 lines now

 

10000 DM_withinWAR

10100 M100

10200 M100 (we get this line populated after doing copy proposal in the sales order repair tab)

 

MB52 I could see the sales order number and quantity.

 

For customer a replacement was already sent so he was happy and did not want the old part back to him (he is covered within the extended warranty)

 

 

The defective material what we received from the customer we are going to refurbish the product and put it back to B stock.

 

So t code IW81 and used refurbishment order for this purpose. This order type is created for this purpose.

 

We also use another material M100_RF (This is supposed to be Refurbished Material) .

 

We create Refurbishment Order for M100_RF.

 

Refurbishment order number say 5000

 

We issue Raw Material to the order  5000 (mentioned above)

 

We receive M100_RF out of the Order  5000

 

Question:

 

 

  1. How to issue this material to refurbishment order

 

  1. This is the product which I received from the customer to be repaired, refurbished and put it back to the shelf.

 

 

  1. Is it possible to trigger the refurbishment order from the sales Order  automatically with M100_RF as the header material to be received

 

Right now what happens that if I automatically trigger the refurbishment order, then the system creates the order for M100 only and not M100_RF

 

Therefore please let me know how to address the above questions. Your responses will be greatly appreciated.

Tolerance key more than 10% of total Invoice

Hello,

 

In Invoice Posting MIRO tolerance Limit should allow for 10% value variance to a max of $100 at the invoice level, but currently anything that is under the $100 is allowing for posting.

We have configured BD tolerance Key for Val $100. We require 10% on total invoice value should allow for posting Invoice.


Please suggest us a tolerance limit which can used % basis on total invoice value.


Eg:-

In Miro invoice posting if total invoice value is $30.00 try to post $60 extra that is $90 will be total invoice value it will allow us to post. Since we have configured BD tolerance Limit of $100. In this case 10% of invoice value means $3 should be allowed.

Hi,

 

I want to understand the outcome of Vendor Evaluation...

 

We create a PO with following parameter's:

PO Qty. : 5 Nos.

PO Net Price Rs. : 10000

PO Delivery Date : 25.04.2016

PO Statistics Delivery Date : 23.04.2016.

 

Now we had process MIGO with 4 Qty. with Posting date: 18.04.2016.

 

After MIGO, Scores are showing as shown in Old Scores...see in below screen.

After it, we make an another PO with same Vendor & Material i.e.

PO Qty. : 20 Nos.

PO Net Price : Rs. 10000

PO Delivery Date : 10.04.2016

PO Statistics Delivery Date : 10.04.2016.


Now we had process MIGO with 12 Qty. with Posting date: 18.04.2016.

 

Now, Scores are showing as shown in New Scores...see in above scores..

 

Please guide me in understand the Score's.

Dear Experts,

 

We have a situation during subcontracting , where the child part and head part ratio is 1:1 in bill of material   , But during goods receipt  there is wrong depletion of child part ,say for 1000 head part  numbers , there is 1230 Child parts.

 

 

I kindly request to provide me the solution for this problem.

Recalculate STO planned GR date based on actual GI date

Hi,

 

I was wanting to know if it possible to recalculate an STO's planned GR date based on the actual GI date.  e.g. if the STO dispatched 2 days late, then the planned GR date should be changed by 2 days to reflect the late dispatch.

Purchase order item category cannot be changed

Dear all

 

User have make one purchase order with one line item as ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT   as K  and item category as null.

 

Now user has make me2dp  down payment request against that purchase order.

 

Now user want to change item category as D i.e. service for that purchase order.

 

System does not allow to change item category. what to do in this case?

outbound ORDERS IDOC does not populate batch number

Hi there,

we are using ORDERS IDOC to send purchase order data to external system.

 

No problem to generate the IDOC, but issue what I have is, in the IDOC the whole segmentE1EDP19 -qualifier 010 for batch number is missing even the batch is maintained in purchase order item.

 

Same segment -qualifier 001 with material number is OK and populated in the IDOC.

Can the batch number be populated in the IDOC in standard SAP or does the segment needs to be populated via custom function or in middleware ( AIF or SAP PI)?

Good day,

I have a situation where my users create purchase requisitions without referencing an outline agreement or a RFQ.

How can I configure the system to force the users to refer to either an outline agreement OR an RFQ.  One or the other and not both.

In other words, I don't want to configure the system to make these two fields mandatory, because if the populate one field, they still have to refer to the other as well.  They have to have a choice to select one of them

Print Good Receipt with material serial number

Hi experts,

how to print serial numbers on "Good Receipt"  with material serial number?

We use SAP ERP 6.0

I create smartform ZSERNO for serial number and program in se38 - ZSERNO to display smartforms by Material number of document .

But when set in SPRO->Material Managment->Inventory Managment and Phisical Inventory->Ouput Determination ->Maintain Output Types :

Output types-WA03 ->Processing routines -Program - program ZSERNO and FORM routine ENTRY_WA03 and Smartform - ZSERNO do not to print SMARTFORM from MIGO "Good Receipt".

 

Please give me advice!

Is there a way to assign a purchase order to an end customer? this assignment is currently done with a simple text in the PO, my requirement is to add a customer number to the PO.
