Migo error message MIGO030

Hi colleagues ! I would like to share an issue with you. I am perfoming Migo movemente type 888 and the system shows up this error message: MIGO030 You cannot switch to a movement type without ref. to a PO I did not find any solution related to it. Anybody can help me? Thank you! André.


ME28 transaction is giving Deleted Purchasing Lines in Output list

Hi Guru,

 

One of my user when run the transaction ME28 transaction, in the output contains the deleted line items also. But for me it is not displaying So. Could you please let me know any settings where deleted line items are excluded. Hope this is going to be a user specific settings. I checked the scope of list and reporting related in SPRO--> Materials Management --> Reporting and found no clue.

MIGO / MB1A - G/L hidden in MB1A but not in MIGO

Hello,

 

Please could you help me with a question about MIGO?

 

When I need to adjust up stock in MB1A I just enter the plant/storage location, movement type - then in the next screen the material and quantity. This saves and when I check MB51 and double-click into the relevant line I see a display screen from MIGO, I can see here that G/L account (KONTO), Cost Centre (KOSTL) and Profit Center (PRCTR) have been automatically populated.

 

The KONTO, KOSTL and PRCTR fields are not visible in MB1A - so they must be determined by SAP - I assume.

 

I debugged and I can see this happens in the Process After Input (PAI) in screen 0410 (I think) in MB1A.

 

When I use MIGO (Goods Receipt, Other) I do the same process I can under the "Account Assignment" tab that the G/L, Cost Center and Profit Center are all empty. When I press save I get a message saying "Enter Cost Center".

 

I'm trying to use MIGO instead of MB1A but this is stopping me. I understand that we could make KOSTL/Cost Center a non-mandatory field in IMG/SPRO - but I'm not sure if this would help.

Use KPro At Document Type

When I am trying to add more than two file in Document number, it restrict me to add only two documents.  Configuration settings take me to Document management---Define Document Type--Select the Check Box--Use KPro. By using this Check Box active, I am able to upload more than 2 files in Document

 

Use KPro.  loose links of historical documents in Documents.It there any other way that my historical document should not vanished and I can able to upload multiple files.

 

tired to search on SDN could find answer to my question. It will be great help

Issue with field "General Modification" (KOMOK) in OBYC WRX

Hi Gurus,

 

 

I m facing the following issue with one of my clients: He use a purchase circuit with a "Z" PO class document only for freight expenses with "Account Assignment Category"= U (Unknown) and Item Category= D (Services). During the SES he enters a G/L Account which he uses exclusively for this circuit and a cost centre.

After acepting and saving the ESS system generates the material document with movement type 101 and there it is the Accounting Document where appears transaction KBS and WRX. KBS takes the account from the SES and WRX takes the accrount from OBYC. The problem is that the client wants an specific account for this circuit to account in WRX and at the same time maintain the currect account configurated in OBYC WRX for the rest of the purchase circuits he does.

 

How could I deal with this requirement? Is there any possibility by configurating somenthing in OBYC WRX in the field "General Modificaction" to pursuit this ? Any ideas?

Screen Layout at Document Level / GR/IR checkbox

Hi there!

 

Hope you will help me deal with topics described below:

 

Prerequisite:

 

Z Purchase order with reference to outline agreement.

Account assignment category is blank.

Item category standard.

Used material type with QTY update activated.

 

1. GR indicator is set, display only.

 

In standard item category GR and IR marked as changeable. It's true for IR (i can change it if screen layout for this field set as OPTIONAL).

But GR checkbox is still display only.

 

GR checkbox changeability is not depend on item category as i see. But IR is depend.

 

Questions:

 

1. How can be that GR checkbox is not controllable via item category but IR yes?

2. How i can control this field? Make it changeable if account assigmen category is not used?

 

2. How screen layout at document level for document type works?

 

For example there is a purchase order type ZPO, for this type field key ZNPO is used, why? As i got it from sap help it's should be ZPOF but it's not working.

Automatic Posting to PO G/L account

Hi Experts,

 

My company has set tolerance 10% for invoice (MIRO). The different of value either + or - between PO and Invoice ,should go to original G/L account which during PO creation as highlighted below. How could I configure when creating invoice, the gain/loss should offset PO G/L account 630200 instead of 500525. I tried to change the setting at OBYC and I couldn't hardcode 630200 in account determination, because the PO G/L account would be anothers. Please advise it is possible to do that?

Subcontracting with multiple return

Hello Experts!

 

We are planning to deploy the subcontracting process on the client and I'm wondering if you can run the following scenario:

 

 

 

Client sends a raw material (leather in nature) to be processed by a supplier, however there is a possibility of return to different levels of quality. Example: Leather Gold, Silver Leather, Bronze Leather.

 

 

My question is if I can get it via standard or custom.

How to Run MIGO with different materials that came out in the OP?

Depending on the quality of raw material, my supplier can return different qualities of product.

Ex: Leather Gold 60kg + Leather Silver 40kg or 10+40+50...

I have maintained partner function in Purchase order ( GS), while doing GR system doing accounting to main vendor.

 

I want system to pick vendor of GS & do the accounting , i have maintained info record for GS vendor also.

Deletion indicator cannot be unset ME660

Hi

 

Have a STO PO for Interchangable Material (Means material will have higher level item in PO line item). User created a STO for this item and created a Out Bound Delivery and PGI completed. Later, he marked the STO line item for deletion unknowingly. (When the stock is in transit) When he tried to unblock the STO item it shows the following message:

 

Deletion indicator cannot be unset

Message no. ME660

 

Also not able to post GR with respect to OBD as well in receiving plant and get following message:

 

Document xxx does not contain any selectable items.

 

Any idea how to solve this. Or any work around to resolve this.

 

searched SCN for this topic and could not find any suitable solution.

Source list created and change using ME05

Hi everyone,

 

Im really in major problem right now. Actually im really new to SAP.

 

Here is question and story.

Before this my senior maintain all source using ME01 and ME0M. After im take over her position, i cannot handle all the source list given so, after consulting with a consultant for our company, he say ME05 can be use as upload for source list. So until now after nearly 3 month using ME05 to create and change sourcelist. But now problem just rise. The source list that created by my senior is end dated suddenly, and many source list is impacted.


So the question, is the ways im doing is wrong?

Invoicing Plan Last Payment Notice

Hello,

 

  We are using invoicing plan in Purchase Orders.

My Client wants to get an alert before the last payment is due, i.e.:

If there are 12 payments, the system should give some kind of alert after the 11th payment and before the last one.

Is there a standard way to do it (by customization, for example)? If not, do you an idea how to develop such an alert?

Two Strategy for one WM- based on Shelf life

Hi Experts,

 

I have one requirement from the client as below :

 

They need batch determination search strategy based on two criterion for same Warehouse as below :

1) for transferring materials from storage type 101 to 103 they need system batch determination based on less than 300 days shelf life

2) for transferring materials from storage type 102 to 104 they need system batch determination based on less than 15 days shelf life

 

We know that we can assign only one strategy to one WH.So through  standard customising is it possible ? then how ?

I need your advise on how can i proceed for this requirement

Add the field moving price (average cost) in MC.9

Hi People

 

We have a requirement to add the field moving price (average cost) MBEW-VERPR in the report MC.9.

As we use the standard price, the report only show this cost.

 

I know that MC.9 use the structures S039, S031 and S032 and these structures don't have the fieldmoving price.

I thought to create a new structure in transaction MC21 (create infostructure) wich requires a new field catalog that must be create in transaction MC18 (create field catalog)

The problem is that the field average is not available in the field catalog either.

I noticed that the stock information comes from the structure MCBEST which can be enhaced by structure MCBESTADDWWS, so I can create the field moving price there

My doubt is how to populate or bring the information in the reports / new information structure.

Standard report to monitor vendor credit memo after returns?

Hi MM folks,

 

Can anyone recommend a standard report that will show me the invoicing status of POs where a 122 (vendor return) movement has been posted?

 

Our process is to use the 122 movement with reference to the originating PO, and this works fine for us.   No matter how good we are at following a clean returns process, we are looking to get better at making sure we get the credit from the vendor.  It sometimes gets forgotten.

 

A report that would show purchase orders with a 122 movement but no vendor credit memo applied would be helpful.

 

I've looked at the ME2x reports, but I do not see a Selection Parameter value that is a good fit.

 

Thanks in advance for any suggestions to address the business problem.  A report is just one possible approach.

Dear all,

 

System is allowing Goods issue  in back  date but the stock is not available on that date.

 

E.g

 

Stock is received today but system is allowing to GI in back date.

 

 

Pls help to resolve this issue,

Default is  D. But is there a possibility to Change this per material, or vendor material combination?

Prevent RKWA update ad goods issue posting

Hi MM gurus,

 

I'm quite new on MM and my client asked me if this kind of behaviour is possible in MM:

 

- Prevent the update of RKWA table at goods issue posting

- For certain item category with type F , the goods receipt posting must be placed into special stock type ‘K’ (vendor consignment) rather than unrestricted stock

- For an item category with type I, the goods issue posting would not ordinarily update RKWA, but in this case, the goods issue details must be added to the table.

- For an item category with type I and in a specific case, the goods receipt posting must reduce the quantity in table RKWA, such that the vendor consignment liability is reduced.

 

Someone can kindly help me to understand if is possible to cover all this requirement? I'm really confused because is not the standard flow.

Has anyone run into an error related to a "lock list"?

 

I am trying to save a replenishment proposal in the automated supply to production(S2L) and I am getting the error, "The Control Cycle was entered in the Lock List".

 

There is no other help documentation for this error...I am completely confused by this error.
