Movement type 101 and 103

Dear All

Our client wants to has a two document type in P.O like NB
and YNB and to have two delivery Type EL and YEL( inbound
delivery) that we can GR 101 with ( inbound delivery)delivery type EL
and we can GR 103 with ( inbound delivery) delivery type YEL.is it
Possible restrict Documents type for two Delivery type(EL,YEL).

Or is it possible use movement type 101,103 in inbound delivery with two delivery type?
