Control Over goods receipt using 'BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE'

Hi All,

Please do let me know how can we stop Over goods receipt for a Purchase order using 'BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE'.

When I enter the Same PO in MIGO, I get an error message ' Document  does not contain any selectable items'

But for the same PO if I do GR using 'BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE' it does GR successfully doing over goods receipt.

I have read in previous blogs for the settings. But the settings are correct and it should not do Over goods recipt.

Please let me know how can we control this using the BAPI. As per my undersatnding the BAPI should trigger an error.
