vendor evaluation complaints/Reject level

Hi ,

can some one help me understand the field ShareBusnVolume% which is under heading of complaints/reject level in purchase organization data in vendor evaluation.what value i should enter.total volume of trasaction with vendor or just the percentage for notification.

e.g if i have 2.5 m yearly with vendor and i want 1% for notification then should i enter ?and how does it work on QM side do i need any settings for this in quality module.
