Transfer purchase order attachments from oracle database to external storage server

Dear Experts,

Currently we are storing purchase order attachment (Tcode me21n, me22n) into the oracle database (LOB) and database size becoming huge.

To overcome this issue we are considering the following steps,

1. We want to store new attachments into external storage server(DMS).

2. We also want to relocate / move existing attachments(files) from oracle database to external storage server(DMS).
3. All relocated attachments, to the external storage server(DMS), should have proper linkage with their respective document.( after relocation to DMS, User can retrieve documents from DMS server.)

Looking for relevant solution for this all above 3 points.
