STO between storage location problem

Hello,

I have STO creted but when i want to do the delivery in VL10B i cannot see the PO number.As i have look in PO i can see the shipping data on item level.

I have also check the master data but still canot create the delivery. Could you kindly help were i can look for error.

The STO is created between storage location( UB type).
