Wrong accounting entries

Dear MM gurus,

I have created one material with price of  Rs. 1, price indicator V. And i have created PO then i did the GR.

In that PO i have maintained Freight condition also, my Freight value is 3500.

And after done the GR my accounting entries is as follows.

Freight    3500             FR1

Stock     3500.5           BSX

GR/IR           .50          WRX

My doubt is when my material value is 1,  then my stock would be 3501 and gr/ir would be 1 right.

Please correct me on urgent basis   .
