Tolerance for Moving Average Price at the time of PO Creation

Hi all,

I need to set tolerance limits for MAP at the time of PO creation.

When I set tolerance limits from Customizing for key PE, It runs for both "S" and "V". I want this control to run only for "V" and at the time of PO creation.

Is there any standart solution for that scenario?
