Organization Restructureing issues

Dear All;

I am curently in Organization restructuring project ,where currently there is one company code ,in future additional 4 new company code will be created .

Below I am giving the list of issues where i need help.

1) Currently there are around 2 lacks open POs and contracts in old company code .

In some PO GR is been done but IR is not done

In some PO GR is partially done .

Our Customer needs to transfer all the  open PO to new company code .

How can I transfer the PO where GR is fully or partially done ?

2) Numbers of Plants will be same as present .

some plants needs to be under new company code .

Hiow will it be done .
