Transfer posting proj stock to plant stock

Dear Experts

I have an issue in my client.

Issue: The process followed here is when ever MRP runs in project, system creates a reservation and a PR together. PR gets transformed to RFQ , PO and GR. goods issue happens only against the above reservation where the WBS element is assigned.

The actual requirement is after some period materials Store wants to transfer the entire project stock to plant stock for using materials in another project.This is done in a Z transaction.Issue is with the open reservation where system does not allow to transfer using 411 Q. Materials can be transfer posted only when the deletion indicator is set in the Reservation manually.

Please tell if there is another way .
