PO version checkbox not automatically tick marked when sytem doing any changes to PO but checkbox automatically marking while user changing PO.

When system changes anything in PO like PO line items deletion, Version completed checkbox in  not automatically tick marked but it is working fine when user changing any updates to PO. What are the things need to check for this issue so that it should be automatically tick marked? Please suggest.
