Conditions in inforecord not available

Hi,

For some vendors we can enter/see conditions like net-price/effective-price in the inforecord (ME11).

But for some vendors we don't have these fields in ME11.

I've checked tie field status, the vendors are in different account groups, but can't find relevant status.

Can somebody tell me how it's determined whether the proces are visible or not?
