subcontracting PO processed without components

Hi Experts,

The situation is production system there was a subcontracting PO created without the components been picked from the BOM. This has happened only for 1 PO and other POs are having the components as expected. The user had not checked that the components are not picked and processed the GR as well, so that 101 has been posted but the 543 is not posted for the components. The issue is that there are requirements listed in MD04 for all the components against this PO.

There are two unexpected behavior here in the system:

1. the system allowed the PO to be saved without having components

2. The system is showing requirements against the PO for each component which ideally it should not since there are no components existing in the PO

I know this is a one-time issue but I am looking to fix the PO and 543 movements.

Can you please suggest?
