PO status message is not changing from yellow to green, not processed to processed.

Dear Guru,

I are using 2 customized message output types one for normal print out (ZNE0) and other for external mail (ZNE1).

I’m not able to see the print preview while creating PO after entering all details. And my output message (ZNE0) type status is not changing from yellow to green( not processed to processed)

But for output type ZNE1 mail is triggering and status also changing to green color.

For ZNE0 dispatch time is 3, and for ZNE1 is 4. Output device maintained in default values in SU3.

Condition records maintained for all document types. Is I have missed any settings or is this technical problem??

Please help me I have gone through related post but not solved my problem.
