Not possible to determine shipping data for material

Dear all,

I am trying to create an STO but i have the message that it is Not possible to determine shipping data for material xxxxxx.

The material exists in both supplying and receiveing plant. A customer Number has been maintained in the customizing for the reccieving plant and the customer exists and shipping data are maintained.

Can you please help me to resolve the issue?
