Is there a program that I can use to upload the dates and qty's with a excel spread sheet onto the delivery schedule of the purchase order.
The new dates and quantities get added when a contract gets renewed for another year.
For example a contract where water bottles need to be delivered on a monthly basis for a year.
You created the PO with two lines and you entered the required delivery shedule information for the year 2013.
Now the contract gets extended.
You need to go back into the delivery schedule to add another 12 dates and qty's for the next financial year. (is there a program to do this automatically for you)
