We are in a scenario in which our purchase requisitions are under a release strategy. Currently the release strategy selected is based in the cost centre. So the account assignment of all our purchase requisitions is K (Cost Centre) and the release strategy look for the assigned cost centre and choose the release strategy for the purchase requisition line item.
In a future scenario we are planning to have “free stock” PR. It means for us that we will not have the account assignment tab in the PR and we will not have either a field to store the cost center in the PR to have our release strategy based on it.
We are not planning to use the cost center for any financtial implication or posting, we just need to have the cost center in the
PR to get the right approval strategy based on it.
Any ideas about how to achieve this business requirement to have the free stock PR approval based in the cost center?
