Dear all ,
We are using the Third Party Sale and Purchase for one of the Business scenario;
Here first we're creating the Sales Quotation by Va21 then SO by Va01.After saving the SO PR has been generated automatically by which we're making the PO followed by its MIRO and Billing to Customer.
There is no GR and Outbound happening in this process as goods are directly shipped by Factory to Customer.
When We do the MIRO for the POs made the FI entry is like posted likewise;
Cr Ven- 10000 and Db Cogs-1000
Account Assignment we are using - with Consumption Posting V
and there is S(third Party) Item Category here in the PO.
and we made the Acct Modification VAX which is linked to Val Grop,code and Val Class along with COGS GL at OBYC code.
now up to here everything is fine ... but recently we need to add some other cost also in the PO made to vendor which will be pay to different vendors other then main vendor.
Like freight cost , Duty and Some Destination charges ...
I've made these as new condition type and assigned them into pricing procedure.As I want to hit to different GL account for them while doing the MIRO for delivery cost so I'd assigned the different acc keys to these new condition types in the pricing procedure.
And, I've assigned the different GLs in OBYC for these trans keys also.
But , when I am doing the MIROs for duty, Freight etc it is not determining the GLs which I have assigned to their respective acc.Keys level in OBYC instead it is postiing to COGS account for all.
CR Vendor for (fright or Duty or Dest Charges)
DB- Cogs.
I am wondering why this is happening even I have allocated diff Gls for them in OBYC.
Please guide me for this issue.

PS: I am also attaching the diff stages screen shots as well so It can be easy for all to understand the issue.
