We have purchase requisitions automatically created from maintenance order at release. I see scenarios where purchase requisition has gone for release and then PO created, GR done etc. Even now when some change is done in maintenance order, it still updates the purchase requisition. Why is this happening? Where is the setting to control this behaviour? I do not see any need or value in updating PR that is already converted into PO !!
Observation 1: Changed the Basic start and basic finish date in maintenance order to 29.01.2013. It updates the item delivery date in PR. Date on which user changed the maintenance order is set as the release date in PR. Screenshot of PR change log below:
Observation 2: TECOed the maintenance order. PR item is deleted automatically ! Screenshot below:
